To be our ideal sales executive

Manage and develop good relationship with Corporate Customers by providing ICT business solution to cope with customers' requirements, in order to maximize their satisfaction and generate the revenue to achieve sales target

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate the customers’ needs, as well as search for the suitable tools on the website about potential users or clients
  • Set sales goals and develop sales strategies that meet and exceed sales targets
  • Actively seek for new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up the meetings with the potential clients and collaborate with the customers to eliminate concerns and leverage their needs, included answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams and engineers to propose the suitable solution to the customers
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and to achieve better results
  • Examine each customer segment and determine what inside roles are possible based on sales process
  • Understand the business priorities and initiatives of various clients with the ability to discuss relevant trends integrating industry and solution knowledge
  • Confidence to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc).


Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience with a Virtualization System, Cloud based application and Infrastructure, Container Architecture preferably Google Cloud Platform, or a related field may be advantageous
  • Demonstrable track record of Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
  • Experience and working knowledge of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passionate in sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms is essential
  • Excellent in time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Familiar with GCP services is an advantage
